f77xx Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and f77xx (hereinafter "f77xx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online platform accessible at https://f77xx.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

f77xx is an online sports betting and casino information platform providing educational content on betting markets, casino games, responsible gambling tools and platform guides targeted at Pakistani audiences. f77xx does not itself hold, process or manage player funds, and is not a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction unless expressly stated in a supplementary operator disclosure document.

• "Content" means all text, graphics, data, guides, articles, images, software and other materials published on or through the Platform.
• "Operator" means any third-party gambling or betting platform referenced or described within f77xx's informational content.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by operators, which may include submission of a valid CNIC, passport or other identity documents.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game contribution rules, expiry periods and cash-out restrictions associated with any promotional offer.
• "PKR" / "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms as described in Section 11.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the f77xx Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, corporation or entity.

4. Account Registration

Where the Platform offers account registration functionality, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, a valid email address, a chosen username, and any additional information required for identity verification.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. f77xx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User may maintain only one registered account. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated funds or benefits.

4.3 Accurate Information

All registration details must be truthful and accurate. f77xx reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the f77xx Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its Content are provided for personal, non-commercial informational and educational purposes only. You may access, read and share Content for personal use, provided that appropriate attribution to f77xx is maintained and no modifications are made to the original material.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

In accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar mechanisms to extract, copy or monitor Platform content without prior written consent from f77xx;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam or malicious code through or in connection with the Platform;
• Attempt to impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform or any connected infrastructure;
• Post, transmit or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.

5.3 Educational Nature of Content

All betting guides, market explanations, casino game descriptions, RTP figures, odds illustrations and bonus term examples published on f77xx are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal or gambling advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any gambling or financial decision.

6. Platform Rules

The following rules govern User conduct and expectations across all areas of the f77xx Platform:

Such references do not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship and do not constitute a claim of ownership over those third-party marks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f77xx, its officers, directors, employees, agents and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activities undertaken based on information published on the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity;
• Errors, inaccuracies, interruptions or delays in Platform Content or functionality;
• Unauthorised access to or use of the Platform's servers or any personal data stored therein;

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Suspension & Termination

• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• Evidence of underage access or use of the Platform;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, account abuse or collusion;
• Any activity that, in f77xx's reasonable judgment, is harmful to the Platform, other Users, or third parties;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitating restriction of access.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability) and 13 (Governing Law).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f77xx is incorporated or registered, as specified in the operator's supplementary disclosure documentation. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and risk, and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any applicable provincial legislation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

f77xx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly when changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
